RMT Web Access lets us store and share all of our project drawings and documents in a central, secure location. It also lets our clients and our extended project team can access vital project files anywhere, anytime.

Drawings sent via e-mail are usually in PDF format, which requires the installation of a small piece of software called Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader enables you to view and print technical architectural design drawings using only your web browser! This technology expedites communications, and saves Mail and FedEx costs, and it only needs to be downloaded once!

Once you have downloaded the software, the Adobe Viewer can be installed with a couple of clicks. Open up the downloaded file, follow the on-screen instructions, and Adobe Viewer incorporates itself automatically into your web browser. Once installed, you can simply double-click on the drawing files e-mailed to you, and the drawing appears within your browser window!
