Commercial and Resort Design

The partnership of RMT brings a wealth of commercial project design experience to bear, represented in office, retail, and mixed-use projects located across the globe. RMT's partners also have a great deal of expertise in the design of resort and hospitality projects, including mixed-use resort condominium projects, resort hotels, golf course clubhouses, on-mountain restaurants, speculative enclave residential developments, and community centers.

Residential Design

Ranging from refined to rustic, RMT’s portfolio of residential projects reflects their commitment to the individuality of each home and its owner’s specific needs. RMT has an extraordinary track record designing custom homes, and their designs distinguish themselves as of the highest possible quality and character. RMT’s professional and enthusiastic team can coordinate the design of all facets of your home, its architecture, interior furnishings, landscaping, lighting, and engineering components. In the end, even though RMT bears a great deal of the creative and management burdens of such a process, we ultimately view ourselves as the facilitators of YOUR dreams.

Planning

RMT’s team has impressive experiences in planning, in both Urban and Resort contexts. The urban Masterplan of Paternoster Square, London, England, involved the reinstatement of the original traditional context and street pattern after the bombing of World War II created unsightly and dysfunctional architectural infill. Waterfront Development experiences in Niagara Falls, Auckland, and Wellington, New Zealand involved reclaiming the shorelines of these major cities for high quality pedestrian shopping mixed-use experiences. Our experience at the Currahee Bridge Resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia involved resolving the complexities of a brand new resort, including golf course, marina, residential, roadway, trail systems, and hotel components, all of which were phased.

Interior Services

The integrated nature of RMT’s Interior Design services offers a greater ability to intimately coordinate architectural and interior design opportunities on each project. Elements such as scale, proportion, color, and texture are all combined to give a unique and cohesive flavor to each project. Furnishings, accessories, wall treatments, window coverings, and fabrics all contribute to the overall design vision of each space, and RMT’s Designers pay attention to the smallest details in order to fulfill your goals. We also specify fixed materials and finishes, including, but not limited to, bath, kitchen and lighting fixtures, tile, stonework, doors and hardware, paint finishes and appliances.
