The Discovery Center is a commercial structure in Winter Park, Colorado that serves multiple uses. Its primary initial usage relates to the sales of Residential Real Estate, but also serves as a community meeting hall with multimedia presentation facilities. Ultimately it will serve as one of the Historical Society’s Museums. Consequently, the display and storage of reference materials were key driving forces here, as well as the building’s abilities to adapt well to differing functions.
