Heritage Crossing is a Retail and Condominium project comprised of 14,000 square feet of retail space, 20,000 square feet of underground parking, and 34,000 square feet of condominium space throughout its upper four levels. Located in the heart of the Mountain Village of Telluride, Colorado, it completes the Town’s central Village Square, and frames views of the “beachfront” of the ski mountain.

The design spirit of this remote mining town turned luxury resort is exemplified in the building’s use of natural materials, large arched openings, and inviting bay windows at the retail level.
