Rendezvous Resort is a mixed use development, combining both larger scale residential buildings with smaller scale speculative townhome and duplex properties. The design for all three building types shown herein reflects the team's priority on lowering the mass and scale of the buildings as much as possible, while maximizing the saleable area and the marketability of the products offered to their buyers.

Characterized by rich, rustic, traditional materials, a careful study of the rooflines and the massing of the buildings resulted in a satisfying mix of architectural forms, all taking their cues from the local traditions of the Frasier Valley. Signing, infrastructural elements, and 3D modeling techniques were use in the design process in order to insure that the visualization of the overall theme was clear to the entire team and community.
