Cordillera
The GreyHawk enclave development is located at The Ranch at Cordillera Resort in Edwards, Colorado. The design challenge with this project was to successfully achieve the developer’s proforma objectives, while achieving enough differentiation in the design of each home for the prospective buyers.

Defined by handcrafted timber-framed construction and generous wrap-around porches, these speculative homes are unique in their usage of beautiful exposed structural timber frame elements throughout each home. The fifteen GreyHawk residences are sited along the beautiful Hale Irwin designed Mountain Course.
