RMT Architects

The Currahee Bridge Masterplan is a lake and golf course community in north Georgia on the southern edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Masterplan includes a golf course, a 250 room hotel, 2,500 sf residential units of varying types, a lakefront and new marina, four restaurants, and intertwined nature trails and bike paths. RMT was responsible for not only the Masterplan itself, but also the creation of the overall character and vision for the community; a vision of casual mountain elegance.
