RMT has participated in the design of many new developments. An important part of these visions are Design Control mechanisms, which often take the form of Design Guidelines.

These documents are authored in order to outline review processes that protect the property values of individual holdings, but also to insure that the original vision of the development is maintained throughout the build-out process.

Photographic imagery, diagrams, and text are integrated into a published series of Design Guidelines in most instances. The partnership of RMT has a rich experience in this regard at Currahee Bridge, Cordillera, Rendezvous at Winter Park, and Eagle Ranch developments.
