RMT has participated in the design of many new resorts. An important part of these visions are secondary elements such as guardrails, signage schemes, support structures, public restrooms, drainage structures, light fixtures, bridges, and the like. These elements create a “background fabric” for larger, more visible structures, and contribute greatly to the atmosphere and personality of a development.

The partnership of RMT has extensive experience in designing infrastructure elements that work within a development to create a cohesive whole. RMT’s past and current infrastructure design has been implemented at Currahee Bridge, Cordillera, Rendezvous Colorado at Winter Park, and Eagle Ranch developments.
