RMT was founded in May 1996 in Vail, Colorado, after enthusiastic and diverse architects met one another while working in the Resort and Luxury Home industry at a well respected local design firm.

Almost immediately, RMT demonstrated its design and management skills by designing the first home in Bachelor Gulch, which was featured on Home and Garden Television (HGTV).

The principals of RMT each bring unique personalities and skill sets to the table and are proud of their talented and energetic staff of architects and designers.

Harvey Robertson is the Managing Partner of the firm. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as the management flow of each project. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has delivered a number of large scale urban infill projects for municipal and corporate clients in the United States and abroad. Chad Salter is the Partner in charge of design and serves our clients by bringing expertise in green technologies, communication technologies, and the management of accuracy and completeness of the end product. His 20+ years career has been highlighted by several distinguished published works and his ongoing years of dedication to the architectural design development of Brush Creek Ranch Collection.

Our commitment to our clients is to provide sophisticated design tools and project documentation systems. Versions of Sketchup and AutoCAD are introduced in the design process at an early stage. These tools allow RMT to offer the project team highly informative visualization and analytical tools.  RMT also offers highly efficient cloud-based project files on RMT Web Access, which complements personal interaction with the entire team and gives remotely located clients and consultants easy access to all the documentation throughout the life of the projects.
