The Ranch at Cordillera - The Cimarron enclave development is located at The Ranch at Cordillera Resort in Edwards, Colorado. One of the challenges associated with this project was designing enough differentiation between each home while still meeting the developer’s objectives. We are very proud of the fact that both of these goals were achieved, and that all homes in the development were pre-sold prior to completion.
