GWF purchased 641 acres of land located in an Opportunity Zone in the southern portion of Riverside County in California. The acreage was purchased due to its proximity to various strategically important infrastructure, such as the Coachella Canal, railway and a segregated/perched brackish aquifer, as well as being remote and undeveloped.
